What Gets Calculated
- Sheet Length = Perimeter + Margin (60 or 120mm)
- Sheet Width = Width + Height + 30mm
- Area (m²) = Sheet L × Sheet W ÷ 1,000,000
- Weight = Area × Total GSM ÷ 1000 × 1.03
- Cost/Box = Weight × Rate per kg
- GST applied on subtotal (incl. or excl.)

How Calculations Work
Perimeter = (L + W) × 2 | Margin = 60mm (≤1780mm) or 120mm (>1780mm)
Sheet Length = Perimeter + Margin | Sheet Width = W + H + 30mm
Area (m²) = (Sheet Length × Sheet Width) ÷ 1,000,000
Liner GSM added directly. Flute GSM × flute factor (A:1.55, B:1.35, C:1.45, E:1.30, F:1.25)
Total GSM = Sum of all liner GSMs + all (Flute GSM × Factor)
Weight (kg) = Area × Total GSM ÷ 1000 × 1.03 (+3% for wastage & joints)
Cost per Box = Weight × Rate per kg | Subtotal = Cost per Box × Quantity
Exclusive: GST Amount = Subtotal × GST% ÷ 100 → Total = Subtotal + GST Amount
Inclusive: GST Amount = Subtotal − (Subtotal × 100 ÷ (100 + GST%)) → Total = Subtotal
