Box Specifications
How to Use:
- Select Outer Dimensions if you know the box's external size
- Select Inner Dimensions if you know the internal size (for packing)

How Calculations Work
Step-by-Step Calculation:
- Sheet Size Calculation:
Perimeter = (Length + Width) × 2
Margin = 60mm (if perimeter ≤ 1780mm) or 120mm (if > 1780mm)
Sheet Length = Perimeter + Margin
Sheet Width = Width + Height + 30mm - Area Calculation:
Area (m²) = (Sheet Length × Sheet Width) ÷ 1,000,000 - GSM Calculation:
Flute GSM multiplied by flute factor (B:1.35, C:1.45, E:1.30)
Total GSM = Sum of all GSM values (with flute factors applied) - Weight Calculation:
Weight (kg) = Area × Total GSM ÷ 1000 × 1.03
(3% extra for wastage and joints) - Cost Calculation:
Cost per Box = Weight × Rate per kg
Total Cost = Cost per Box × Quantity
All calculations are automatic - you just need to input the basic values!
